Project Manager comments on excellent service
An experienced Defence Project Manager recently began a new contract through Jenrick CPI, organised by Miriam Lee, and provided feedback on how the service was ‘above and beyond the call of duty.’
This particular I.T. Project Manager had contracted through Jenrick CPI since October 2004 and had continually found the service to be of an excellent standard.
In particular however was the service on this occasion. He was so impressed he wrote the following email to Jenrick CPI’s Sales Director, Philip Fanthom, to ensure that the feedback was recognised appropriately:
”Philip,
The level of service afforded to me by the staff at Jenrick CPI has never fallen below my expectations, it is in fact of an extremely high standard. However, the customer care and attention to detail recently demonstrated by Miriam Lee has surpassed my expectations and I believe gone above and beyond the call of duty.
I cannot thank her enough for her valiant and tireless efforts and she is to be commended. Relationships between customers and clients could do well to emulate Miriam's determination.
I, unfortunately found myself in a situation where I had been let down by a prospective 'umbrella company'. Miriam, in the space of a day managed to turn the situation around and I now find myself back on track.
Had I thanked Miriam personally, I know she would have accepted graciously and it all been swept under the carpet and nothing more said. However I feel such customer service should be highlighted, hence this email.
Please pass on my thanks to Miriam. It is very reassuring to know that I have such a professional, dedicated and caring team behind me. I would recommend your services unreservedly.”
