I actually started with Jenrick CPI as Peter’s P.A. in 1996 and immediately I knew I was in a good environment. Up until then whoever I had worked for had only viewed me as an administrator. Yet from my first day at Jenrick it was apparent that if you put the effort in, you would be supported in whichever direction you wished to progress – it was as if there was no ceiling. For me this was to move into a resourcing consultant position.
As each year passed I moved more into the candidate and client environment and now I am one of the senior business development team managing and developing a wide array of clients.
The ethos of Jenrick has really helped me achieve these aims. The ‘team approach’ of the company is so different to other agencies. It helps you to learn and develop, but more importantly it ensures you all work together in order to provide the best service to our customers.
