Working at Jenrick CPI was my first job after graduating with a BSc in Business and I.T. from Southbank University. I was keen to join a company that offered some type of Graduate programme, a company that would give me the chance to learn and develop.
From my first day with Jenrick CPI (May 2004) I was amazed at how much support and guidance there was from every senior member of the team. What surprised me however, was how open the company also was to ideas from new members of staff, myself included. There is a genuine desire to constantly evolve the business and everyone is encouraged to have an open mind.
A recent example that showed me that we were doing things right was when a very experienced contractor spoke to me after we had successfully placed him. He said that Jenrick’s recruitment processes were the most comprehensive he had ever experienced. It made me feel like I had really achieved something and confirmed to me that the way we do things in Jenrick CPI, is the right way.
