I started with Jenrick CPI, in 1991, as a Resourcing Consultant straight from school. Saying that on this profile makes it seem such long time ago, yet it still feels like yesterday when I sat down to my desk for the first time and began working with Peter, Chris and the rest of the team, just as I do today.
My desire to build a career within Jenrick CPI quickly enabled me to take on additional responsibilities, as Jenrick was so open to developing staff, and I now open and manage key National and International accounts for the company in several vertical markets.
In particular, I have been specifically responsible for developing the Government & Defence sector, recruiting I.T. professionals with SC, DV & BPSS clearance.
What I will always appreciate is that the company arranged for me to come back on a four day week, after the birth of my son, designed to give me the work/life balance I desired, yet still enabling me to make a massive impact within the company. I will always value that.
