In 2005 we re-branded our business focus and were introduced to a book called ‘Fish!’ by our C.E.O., Simon Murphy. It illustrated four key concepts of customer service that engaged us so immediately that it felt as if we had always worked this way.
‘Fish!’ is based on the unique approach of the staff in the ‘Pike Fish Market’ in Seattle and how they have made their workplace not only productive but also fun. The fun is generated through focusing on these principles, spontaneously, in everything we do.”
