I graduated from Greenwich University, with a degree in Information Systems, joining the company in 2005.
Prior to this I did work as an I.T. contractor for six months, but quickly realised that I needed a career with more people contact. I.T. recruitment seemed the perfect fit, enabling me to utilise my I.T. experience within a people industry.
I’ll admit that those first six months were an incredible learning curve. I must say that Chris Chilton and the team were an invaluable resource to pull on during that time – all their advice gave me such a sound platform of knowledge. Most of all however was getting used to working through the telephone after using instant messenger for so long!
What do I get most from the job? ‘It’s simple – I just enjoy coming to work each day. I like the atmosphere in the office, the people I work with and the customers we look after. It makes it fun.’
