I joined Jenrick CPI in January 2005 after completing an I.T. course at Brighton University.
I have to admit that I did not know what to expect before my first interview as I had never worked for a Recruitment Company before, however, once I was halfway through the first interview all I could think about was wanting to be offered a role within the company. Peter interviewed me and I remember how passionately he spoke about the company, explaining how many of the staff had been here for more than ten years and the direction the company was going.
I seemed to settle in so quickly and whenever I hit a problem, someone was always on hand to offer advice. I’ve been able to develop at my own pace and I really feel like that I have genuinely helped our candidates to develop their careers since I have been here.
