Much of Jenrick’s commitment to staff wellbeing has come naturally and informally on a daily basis within the company.
Every member of staff, no matter of their position, has been treated with care and respect. Our goal always to provide a working environment in people can perform to the best of their ability whilst enjoying the fruits of their labour.
With the launch of this section of the website we felt it was important to document our commitment to workplace wellbeing and capture what Staff Wellbeing means to our company.
